kitchnkink is a playful word blend built around three words - kitsch, kitchen and kink - which together form the pillars of my culinary and creative universe.

In short, I love bold flavors and vivid colors (kitsch), and cooking (kitchen) is my way of sharing these sensory kinks with you: tastes, aromas and aesthetics all intertwined.

My name is François-Xavier and I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember.

Four years ago, cooking became my profession and a wonderful way to nurture my curiosity for everything that surrounds the plate and the world of gastronomy.
